Local Area: FREE OF CHARGE delivery to the following postcodes: SO; PO (excl IOW); BH; BN13, 16, 17, 18; GU31, 32, 33; RG23, 24, 25, 28; SP2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 11. Isle Of Wight - please contact us for any queries on deliveries.

Other South East Areas: £20 (minimum order of £250 applies).

Trade Deliveries:

Beware, in some instances if a gas hob is fitted above, a gas fitter maybe required under as separate charge to adjust copper piperwork if restricts access of oven into gap.

All other built in applainces are to fitted by a sub contracted fitter who will quote a price after site survey has been completed.

Please remember that all washing machines and dishwashers that have been connected must be checked for leaks after 3 days as we cannot be responsible for water damge caused by leaking connections.

  1. How can I pay?
    All major credit and debit cards (excl American Express), cheques and cash.
  2. Can I have my product installed?
    Yes we have installation services available upon request.
  3. How do I get my receipt?
    Your receipt will be supplied on Delivery or Collection.
  4. Will all my products be delivered together?
    Yes unless otherwise requested.
  5. How will I know what delivery date I have been allocated?
    You will be contacted by telephone to arrange a suitable delivery day.
  6. Is it secure to give my credit card over the internet (when this is available)?
    We only use a secure sockets layer (ssl) server to process all credit card transaction.
  7. Will my personal information be safe?
    We only store address and contact details and these are not passed to any third parties.
  8. My product does not work. What should I do?
    Please call customer services that will be happy to arrange an engineer to visit if this does not rectify the problem a replacement will be supplied.
  9. Do you have a repairs service?
    All products are covered by manufactures service engineers and we have workshop facilities or self employed engineers for out of guarantee repairs.
  10. How do I contact you?
    All contact details are to be found on our contact page.
  11. What happens if you are out of stock of an item?
    We will notify you if there is any delay and a suitable alternative will be offered if you can't wait.
  12. What if I cannot find the answer to my question here?
    Please call our contact number to speak to one of our friendly sales people who will answer any questions.
